缅北强奸

缅北强奸 had over 45 senior Lasallian Youth Leader students and a number of teachers participate in the annual Ration Challenge.

The last year has been hard on young people. They have felt the effects of COVID-19 on their own lives, and many have also worried about the devastating impact it鈥檚 having on vulnerable people around the world.

The Ration Challenge Australia gives students the power to do something about it. By putting themselves in the shoes of a refugee for one week, students learn about current global issues, develop empathy for others and feel empowered to make a difference in the world.

For a week in June, participants ate the same rations as a Syrian refugee and gained sponsorship to do so. The money they raised will go toward providing emergency food, healthcare and life-saving support for people hit hardest by the coronavirus. And by sharing their experience, they鈥檝e helped create more empathy and compassion in society.

缅北强奸 is empowering students to change the world through the Ration Challenge. This year we raised over $31,000 and 缅北强奸 was the second highest fundraising school in Australia, with schools contributing over $320,000 of the $1,000,000 raised. This money has made a significant contribution to improving the lives of refugees.

Mr Goodman, Director of Mission was interviewed to make this video which explains more about the challenge:  and Jonathan Haddad was interviewed by SBS News and talked about how he felt to participate in the challenge.
